On February 11, 2011, Dr. Angela Grace Toledo-Bruno of the College of Forestry succeeded Dr. Joy M. Jamago as Director of the Linkages and Technology Licensing Office (LTLO). She is very capable and the university looks forward to stronger partnerships and linkages with private and public sectors under her management.
Congratulations and more power!
This office aims to be an active arm that helps propel the growth and development of CMU toward the next century through complementary partnerships and resource generation through licensed technologies.

LTLO celebrates its 1st year anniv today!
On January 5, 2010, I was appointed by Dr. Rodrigo L. Malunhao (then OIC) as the first director of the newest office created in the university, the Linkages and Technology Licensing Office.
I believe it was Dr. Anthony M. Penaso (then VP for Research and Extension, now VP for Academic Affairs) and Dr. Maria Luisa R. Soliven (then VP for Academic Affairs, now CMU President) who lobbied for the creation of this office.
Hence, I considered January 5, 2010 as the official establishment of the LTLO. So, today, we celebrate our first year anniversary! Cheers! We started from scratch but slowly we have made the office functional and made some modest accomplishments.
Today, we invited some of our university friends and colleagues to share with us some cake and soda, and a bit of other things. Thanks to everyone who came. We really appreciated your presence.
We thank the administration for the support and the FMO for patiently considering our small requests. To everyone who had been a voice of encouragement, Lussel and I sincerely extend our gratitude.
Thank you.
